The location was superb, just a quick walk from Victoria Station. The room, however, was disappointingly small. I struggled to find space to move around. The bed felt hard, and it was tough to get a good night's sleep. I appreciated the fresh towels every two days and the hot water in the shower with some comfort . One major downside was the noise from neighboring rooms. It reminded me of I could hear every conversation through the walls. The breakfast setup was minimal-only a few cereals and toast, quite basic considering the price. I really wished there were more options available. The reception staff didn't seem very cute. A little warmth would have been appreciated. While the location and cleanliness were positives, the room size, noise issues, and limited breakfast options were great.

the location was marvellous and easy - ease of access to an anglo-catholic church. appreciated the good area. they gave us cheap double room with private toilet. having a safe box, central heating and an electronic key card was very convenient.

The place was clean and we loved standard king room. Welcoming and polite staff, gave a lot of tourist information.
Definitely, there was breakfast missing, we were a little disappointed.

Loved the location-just a short walk from Victoria Station! The staff were helpful, but the room was small and had a strange smell. Not the best night's sleep 😅

cozy, cozy, cozy
The room was cozy with a spacious layout. I enjoyed the larger-than-expected bathroom. The view from the window by the bed was fine, giving a real sense of being in the heart of the city.
would recommend 😊❤️

Had a decent experience staying at the standard twin room. Open bathroom was nice. The location was marvellous and fantastic, the staff was COURTEOUS. In the evening we went to The Pimlico Grid, located relatively close to the hotel.

Location
The room was to small for two people and the wardrobe was broken. The bathroom was very litle and the water was always too cold to have a shower with confort every morning. The heater inside the room sometimes made loud noises during the night, making it impossible to sleep well. Room cleaning was not done properly - one night when we came back to the hotel at 8 pm, our beds were still undone. The breakfast was poor.

Location near Victoria Station made travel easy. Small room lacked tea/coffee facilities and breakfast options were very basic.

It is really cheap to stay in considering it is near victoria station.
The room and the toilet was super tiny, after the toilet door is opened, there is no space to walk around the room, the bed was very dirty, I supposed the bedsheets are not change after every visitors. I don't think I will be back for this hotel, even though it was cheap, the hygiene of the hotel is too bad.
